What we collect, and what we do with it.

This is short because what we do is short. Cortise is a brand of KinetIQ Marketing LLC. This policy covers cortise.com.
What you give us
One form on this site asks for early access. If you send it, we receive exactly what you typed:
- Your name
- Your company
- The annual revenue band you selected
- Your description of the operational bottleneck that costs you the most
- Your email address
Nothing else. There is no phone field, because there is no call. If you write to hello@cortise.com instead, we receive your email and whatever is in it.
What we do with it
We read it, and a person replies. If we have a system for the problem you described, we say so and tell you what it would look like. If we don't, we say that too. We may keep your description as part of how we decide which system to build next — that is the reason we ask for it.
We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing sequence. We do not send a newsletter. If we ever start one, you will have to ask for it.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our customer records system, HubSpot, which processes the data on our behalf. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs — request time, page, IP address, browser — for operational and security purposes. Both are third-party processors bound by their own terms; we do not give either of them permission to use your information for their own purposes.
Tracking
There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, and no cross-site profiling on cortise.com. We set no cookies of our own. HubSpot may set a cookie when you submit the form so that a repeat submission is recognised as the same person; the server logs described above are kept by our host regardless. That is the whole picture.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is live, and afterwards as a record of who we spoke to and why. If you want it gone, say so and it is gone.
Your choices
Write to hello@cortise.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will do it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to cite a statute to make the request, and we will not ask you why.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a redline.
