These terms cover cortise.com — the website. They are not the agreement for any system Cortise builds or operates; that is a separate, signed document. Cortise is a brand of KinetIQ Marketing LLC.
What this site is
A description of what Cortise does and a form for telling us about a bottleneck. That's it. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a contract, or a promise of a particular result for your business.
What a submission creates
Sending the early-access form starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not reserve a slot, create an engagement, or oblige either of us to anything. We read every submission, and we intend to reply to every one — but we do not guarantee a reply, and we may decline to work with anyone for any lawful reason.
Send only information you are permitted to send. Don't put anything confidential to a third party, personal health or financial data, or anyone's credentials in the form. Absent a signed agreement, what you send us is not treated as confidential — so keep it at the level of the problem, not the internals.
Statements about systems not yet live
The systems described on this site are in diligence or development. Where a page says a system is not live, it is not live. Status chips, countable units, and pricing models describe how Cortise intends to operate; they are descriptions of a model, not warranties of an outcome. Any actual commitment — including what a system is accountable for and how it is priced — exists only in a signed agreement.
What's ours
The text, drawings, marks, and code on this site belong to KinetIQ Marketing LLC. “Cortise” and “Kyn” are our marks. You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or scrape it to train a model.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and don't use the form to send unsolicited pitches, malware, or anything unlawful.
Other people's sites
This site links out to trykyn.ai and to third-party services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do.
No warranty, and limits
The site is provided as it is. We don't warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, KinetIQ Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
